I may be starting to advertise this project too soon, but I really think it's never too soon to celebrate young women doing something in the world.
Here is a link to a new tumblr blog that i've started that will hopefully be continued by the next volunteer after me.
It includes information about a project to be carried out in July 2011 called camp G.L.O.W. as well as materials for other volunteers, our donors and anyone interested in the empowerment of women everywhere. This site isn't just about the project, it's about celebrating these young women while providing a place where others who are interested in preparing similar projects can come to get ideas, advice and simply inspiration.
